Living/Dining Area
The room has a very light and airy feel with high ceilings and large windows and original floorboards underfoot. Spread around the inglenook with it's wood burning stove there are two leather armchairs and sette. As well as the television with freeview channels there is also a stereo and DVD player. At the far end of  the room is the dining area with an extendable table and a large antique book case with a selection of books, CD's, DVD's and family games.


Kitchen
The kitchen has fully fitted units with a Belfast sink and beech worktops, integrated dishwasher  and automatic washer dryer. There is a large range style dual fuel cooker with 5 gas rings and large electric oven. There is also a microwave oven and a freestanding fridge/freezer and all the utensils and cookware that could possibly be required.


Bathroom
Consists of a large double sided bath with pumped electric shower overhead and shower screen, toilet, wash hand basin and chrome heated towel rail.



Outside
To the front of the cottage is a small walled garden with lawn and flower beds, which benefits from evening sun making it the ideal spot to enjoy a drink as the sun sets. To the rear is a fenced spacious garden, set mainly to lawn with a sizeable patio area housing wooden garden furnitue. The rear garden benefits from morning sun making it perfect for a peacful alfresco breakfast.


There is also a large area of covered and open parking space to the front of the cottage and a lockable shed suitable for the storage of bikes.
Bedrooms
Bury Bach sleeps 4 people in two comfortably appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom  houses a kingsize brass bedstead and high quality sprung matress, with walk-in wardrobe, dressing table and bedisde tables. There is also a small combined TV/DVD player and window overlooking the garden to rear. The twin room also has a garden view and is furnished with two very comfortable 3' sprung base beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe and dressing table. Both rooms will be made up with quality crisp linen for your arrival.
